When Daniel left a major advisory firm to build his own independent practice, he expected the hard part to be the clients and the compliance. It wasn't. It was everything underneath: the onboarding, the document chasing, the manual busywork that has nothing to do with advising clients and everything to do with running a business.
He didn't need another piece of software to configure himself. He needed someone who could actually build the systems. So he brought in Ryan. What started as a handful of automations for one advisor's practice became something bigger: a system every independent advisor needed just as badly.

Ryan Heidel
Ryan is the architect behind GRATES' systems, the person who turns operational chaos into clean, automated infrastructure. His work is focused on exactly the kind of problem GRATES exists to solve: how a manual, inconsistent process becomes a system that runs itself, correctly, every time.
Built from a real advisor's real operational gap, GRATES reflects Ryan's conviction that premium service delivery requires premium infrastructure. He leads the technical build of every GRATES engagement: the automations, the integrations, and the infrastructure that make white-glove delivery possible at scale.
